At (S)MER, we are committed to providing high-quality products that bring luxury and sophistication to your everyday life. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Please review our return and refund policy below:
Returns
We accept returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined below:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@s-mer.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note the following:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was faulty or damaged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at customerservice@s-mer.com with details of the issue and your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at customerservice@s-mer.com with your order number, details, and photos of the damaged product. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Please check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@s-mer.com.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
